Friends University, home of the Falcons, is known for being one of the top private universities in the state of Kansas and the Midwest through U.S. News and World Report while also receiving top regional honors is social mobility. The beautiful campus is located in the city of Wichita, the largest and most diverse area in the state of Kansas.

 

In the past 10 years, the Falcons Cross Country and Track & Field programs have been among the most competitive teams in the NAIA, with a combined 31 KCAC conference team titles between the men and women. In recent years, both our men’s and women’s program has been ranked as high as #4 in the country. At a national level, the programs have amassed 311 NAIA national qualifiers, over 155 total All-Americans, and 10 Individual and Relay NAIA Champions. On 17 occasions, our programs have finished in the Top-25 at the NAIA National Championships – all since 2012. The team has also boasted national success in the classroom, having earned USTFCCCA All-Academic team honors in three consecutive seasons for both the men and the women.
